Restoration Services:
I have a long
experience in the sympathetic repair and restoration of British &
Continental vintage trains in O Gauge and above, in clockwork, electric & live steam.
Manufacturers include: Bassett-Lowke, Hornby, Exley, Bing, Carette,
Marklin, Aster, Milbro, Bonds, Leeds and others. Also Carriages & Toys.
My workshop includes turning, milling, rolling and pantograph
facilities; I can
reproduce missing parts, repair plate work and repaint using the same
techniques, style and colour of the original model. I will use original transfers
when available, hand paint lettering and crests, whenever necessary.
